Oil Portrait is created on a 17x 17 canvas.

50% Deposit is required at photo session. Remaining balance will be due upon completion and delivery of Portrait.

If you live outside the Hampton Roads, please follow the instructions below:

Photo and Portrait Details

Original photos sent by snail mail are best to achieve optimal finished product.

Long distance work may be scanned in with a scanner recognized for photos. Try to keep original size and dpi set to 300 to 600 (small photos that are going to be enlarged best at higher dpi.)

Photos directly from a digital camera may be uploaded from camera card or file/I would keep them closed to 8” x 10”.

Photo tip- Always photograph eye level of your pet. (See our Custom Oil Portraits gallery for samples of Pet

stance) Do not stand over your pet looking down.

After artist reviews the photo you will be contacted.

Oil Portrait is created on a 17 x 17 canvas - archival.

An art tracing of your pet will be mailed to you for size, placement and review before Oil Painting is started.

A 50% deposit is due before this tracing is mailed to you. The remaining balance will be due after you approve the finished Oil Painting by email. Check or Money order accepted.
